One of the worst service experiences I have ever had in my life. Terribly arrogant and pompous staff (except the lovely receptionist). One very note worthy interaction from my time in store was when a black gentleman came in and was looking at mags and the sales consultant merely said, “Hey! Hello??You need help??“ in a very rude way and when a older white woman came in she was spoken to in a very professional manner. This store really needs to up its service levels for ALL customers that and adapt it's mindset to the current times... So sad to see this interaction go down and I was left infuriated. Will never return to this store again.....
