I love love this place. The staff is amazing.First time I went there I had an issue with my voucher and they were so understanding and helpful.I recently had my birthday celebration there as well. The staff is literally the best thing about this place.It's clean, serene and very professionally set up.They are extremely accommodating, professional and great with people.

We came my mother and myself to enjoy a massage and pedicure for 2h30, we were very well taken care of and came out of the institute very relaxed!

First time experience last year was out of this world, friendly staff, great facilities. Today October 2022, it's like night and day. They don't respond to my messages, can't give me a booking date and keep me waiting days on end, and this is after I sang their praises to anyone who would listen. It's like falling in love only to find out that they were pretending this entire time. Now I have to look for another wellness spa. Aa arrrg. Sad and disappointed

My experience was amazing, had an amazing therapist, Neo thank you so much for pampering me and for the exceptional service! The spa is clean and inviting, the measures taken during COVID-19 are really good. I really really would recommend the hot stone massage. Also the room was a little bit cold would have liked if you asked the client as to what temperature they would like the room at. There is safe parking, the area is really good as well.
