Pathetic service. Staff are extremely rude and reckless.Contacted the office to complain about the recklessness of one of their drivers and they literally told me Not my problem" then hung up! No idea why the City of Cape Town is using my money to fund these kinds of businesses."

One of there drivers hit my car in November 2022. I’ve been promise that this will be resolved and their insurance will be in contact with me.Still today no response from them. I’ve been phoning the lady that deals with accident claims but she is always unavailable and never answers the phoneThe receptionist is the only person I’ve been dealing with but also no help at the same time call always gets transferred but no one picked up.Unbelievable. !!!!!! And Pathetic!!!!!

I have tried phoning 6 times now cause one of their drivers hit my car . So much for Thier 24/hr number which is always engaged ... Pathetic. Also drivers not wearing masks or adhering to social distancing

Absolutely DISGUSTING attitude from the office staff and office manager. One of their vehicles almost cost our lives on the Klipheuwel road near Cape Town by suddenly stopping and turning off the road with NO flickers or working back lights of vehicle. I called to report this and told the office manager that we had a 6month old baby and 3year old little girl in our vehicle - her answer - I don't care!" - and put down the phone. They refused to assist me with the company owners number. Shocked by their reaction to this and that they simply do not care!! PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!!"
