My wife and I came here on our first time and we enjoyed the food very much. We sat outside and it has a nice relaxing view. Very tasty Italian cuisine and made very well.

I like their outdoor experience. The outlook is beautiful. Worth coming back to. Family sit downs, friends, couples, to an individual sit in. I love the scenary. I like the speed of the service. The view is absolutely beautiful in the balcony. You don't get alot of such views in joburg. Definitely a breath of fresh air. They have rest rooms. Pizza, pasta and girlls, with excellent deserts. One thing worth looking at, is their menu, needs laminating and renewal.

Great restaurant. Very neat and clean with an amazing view. The food was excellent and our waitress Rosy provided excellent service. Great cocktails too. Definitely will be visiting more often. The complimentary Del Forno kisses shots were a nice gesture by management - thank you.

Have yet to experience an issue with this joint. Food is always good, tried a new dish recently and it definitely came through. Drinks are good, could use a bit of variety but not bad. Atmosphere is always good. Can't complain of the service. My partner and I have always been well taken care of.

Tried their breakfast special , and was pleasantly surprised.The breakfast special is by far the best value for money out there . Coffee was freshly ground and hot, eggs done to perfection and service was prompt and friendly .Thanks for the great service Admire

A very nice place to chill, eat and have a few drinks. The cocktails are absolutely perfect. We actually sat here for a full 5 hours. The outside area is perfect for a day with good weather and there is an inside section for the bad days. The food was good. The only small hiccup is the arrival time for things to come after u place an order but it is worth the wait because of how good the drinks are actually prepared. I would recommend this place as a bar alone and is definitely worth the visit.

Very disappointed. We always go here and this time, it was a disaster.A Friday night: we asked the waitress what time they close before we sat down (so as to not be rushed) she didn't answer but said we have time still. I asked her again what time does the kitchen close, again she still didn't answer but said don't worry we still have time. So we sat down and ordered hot chocolate.She brought the drinks and said it's been 10 minutes you must order now before the kitchen closes. I said well that's why I asked what time the kitchen closes. She said 8:30 (however the website says 9pm) anyway we were quickly rushed to order. We ordered Aglio e Olio - the spaghetti was unbending and not freshly prepared and so so dry. We had to fix" it by adding olive oil.She didn't bring parmesan. Our food was cold by the time she brought the chilli

Disappointing experience. Definitely does not meet the requirements of service and food for the prices being charged. We waited over 20 minutes for cold drinks, my pasta was overly salty, we asked 3 times for an ashtray and waited so long for the bill that I decided it was best to just get up and go to till myself. When we complained, we were simply given excuses that this is because of load shedding and being under staffed. Well Del Forno, as a guest, I don't see how I can be expected to resolve your staffing issues but I can say this about the load shedding: it has been going on since 2007, when are you going to realize you need to make provisions for this? I am able to do so in my home, what is your excuse?

I've been to Del Forno's in stoneridge a few times and I always get such great service. The food is absolutely delicious and well worth it. The drinks are refreshing especially on a hot summers day, I recommend the frozen lemonades or the Italian Limontatas.
