This is not about the Doctors but I called to enquire about your services and ask other questions. I can't believe how the Receptionist was so impatient. I tried to politely clarify my questions but she just never gave me a chance to finish my questions, she really sounded so irritated.

My husband booked an appointment . He arrived early,as requested…driven from Nottingham road… 75 years old, had no treatment even though Dr White was recommended .. as he was out for lunch. We have never been treated like this. Our country is on a tipping point , what a shame that so many of our service providers have ‘tipped ‘ too.
