They had stock of a battery nobody else had. Gave great online service and cellular support. Gave me extra discount, too. I collected in person, super friendly, helped me install and test the battery. Problem turned out to be the device, not the battery at all. They offered me a refund, even though it had been opened and even though it was my own silliness in buying something unnecessary! They didn't have to do any of these things. I will definitely use them again for tech purchases. Henri-Ann is a superstar who cares about her customers!

made a purchase afew days back and no update whatsoever , and they cannot find my city as well , very unprofessional! would not recommend this seller, they say the package is shipped but no tracking number or anything. Do not use this company. They don't care about customer service. Never AGAIN!!
