First call to Grant and he had not worked on our UK model before. He researched the details and then came and fitted a similar part which he modified to suit. Brilliant. Absolute gentleman and superb technician. Many thanks.

Grant came to our rescue after we had received very poor service and an incompetent technician from another repair company.Grant arrived in the time frame allocated, quickly diagnosed the problem, had parts on hand and was able to fix our oven. He also addressed and fixed the poor workmanship that the previous tech had done.Great job thanks Grant and we will not go anywhere else in the future. Thank you

Thanks Grant- prompt response, diagnosed issue, ordered parts required ( needed to as they were specific to the model )parts arrived and were fitted in the time frame given............and was charged $$ as quoted. Winner winner !!!And Grant was really nice to deal with too. I would recommend him and would use him again if required.Paul Edmonds
