The service personnel at thus store was excellent. They are friendly and understanding, whether you are here to shop or return a product, they will help you with a smile.

The service was good but 2 stars since I bought a Nokia 6.2 in June this year, within a month later the phone had issues I then took it bk in beginning of August and was told it would take 6-8 weeks, fastforward 9weeks later I'm still sitting with no phone,yet I paid R4000 and no word from hi store,I'm not happy at all,regret buying from you guys.

I hope that someone will give me an update on the phone I took,which I used for only 5days a a Y61, on the 5th day I went to the store to request for the phone to be reset because it was was not reading my finger print and ended up being Blocked, I went back 2weeks back on Monday and was advised to leave the Phone because it was supposed to be booked in because it has the pay joy app in it which does not allow me or the store to reset.Now after a week I had to do a follow up myself using my airtime cause iam avoiding to come to the store for nothing,I was advised that according to the 'email' that was sent by the head office I'm assuming the phone will be back the past Thursday on the 17 March today it is Saturday still no word from anyone.And by the way I asked the guy that told me the phone will be back on Thursday that on the 7th it was supposed to be my 1st payment which ofcourse I cannot do without the phone.Now what made me more angrier is the nerve of your head office sending me and smsme stating ththat iam overdue with my 1st payment of which don't even have in my possession.My conclusion it is either my phone is still in the store or there is no communication between the store and the head office.I need an update today.

Best service ever. The service I received was exceptional. Puseletso assisted with selecting a phone that would work for my needs. Mark helped set up the phone and cloned it. Mary was friendly and also advised on insurance. Kgomotso also helped with the insurance allocated for the specific phone which we were told it would be free on a special that the phone is on.The overall service was great and I would go back again

Hi store sell no stock, and the people there are not even help full had me running around the Mall to all the our store to see if they had what I wanted.the other stores should linkedin to each other to make the service that they provide much more efficient.

Basic social distancing protocols are followed. The guy which helped me with the account was super friendly. I was in and out in less than 10mins. Will definitely buy my cellphones accessories there now
