I gave birth at the hospital. The staff in the maternity ward are doing a good job. There is this one coloured nurse in her 50's she was super amazing with me and my baby. She was so nice and helpful.

Efficient and effective diagnosis and skillful care. Well resourced, clean and comfortable facilities. Staff are helpful, respectful and caring. I ended up there with a ruptured appendix 3 weeks ago. I was kept comfortable my entire visit. I wish this much needed institution all the very best. They have great potential and have made a great start. Keep it up!

Excellent treatment from ER staff, especially Sister Nicole. The food is of high quality and the service is just above the rest!

brought my 3 year old in not very happy he split his eyebrow open and had a lump between his eyes he was attended to by the nurse while the doctor stood quietly taking orders from the nurse let me stop there just not very happy with the first time service recieved.idef wont be going back there if i dont have to.

Nw Shiny Hospital with friendly staff. Visiting hours are 11-12pm, 2-3pm, 7-8pm

I have a problem with Nurses who told our brother-in-law that he's not gonna make it. It's not once. Is it how you operate? How are they going to care for him with this kind of behaviour

Needs to get more people who are caring, understanding and helpful. From the reception to the nurses we dealt with. Was not a good experience fro my family. Highly dissatisfied as if we not paying for the services.

I have just been there exactly an hour ago. My Grandfather (92) was yet to be fed (he requires it at this stage) at 12 midday. Apparently there are staff members who did not report for duty. Whilst I understand the challenge facing them, I DO NOT understand how, after we were required to place a deposit of R30,000 last night for him to be admitted, a frail man at the age of 92 had not been fed ANYTHING by midday.The security guard on duty helped me escalate this as she found me standing with a blank stare of confusion. I am here trying to figure out how to move him elsewhere.

Went to ER with a very sore chest, coughing, and 35 weeks pregnant. The staff in ER were wonderful, from reception, to the nurses and of course Dr Sahill who was helpful and down to earth. I’ve not often come across a doctor who effectively communicates with their patients, but he did, and I felt comfortable and cared for.I was then admitted to the maternity ward where the staff were nothing but wonderful! There is a clear passion for what they do and I do appreciate being looked after so well. Dr Jamjam, the Physician who attended to my case was also fantastic. Such brilliant staff all around.The food was even good! Massive props to the catering team, especially Thembi and Vuyo who went out of their way.Thank you RBSH. If I didn’t live in Pretoria, I would definitely choose your facilities to have my baby in.
