Cellucity - Somerset Mall

The young lady working there was an amazing. My husband bought a cell phone there and then decided he wanted my cell phone, being a little smaller, so it was a case of transferring all my things into the new phone, then transferring all his info into my phone. 3 hours! She was so patient and diligent. We had gone in the day before and she even kept the phone for him. Fantastic service. Thank you. We have always Ben happy using them prior to this.

We reported a fault on my partner's phone - the screen was flickering and doing strange things and received the damage report and quote for repair for LCD and back cover from the store. We claimed with our personal insurance and the phone was repaired early in January when parts were available. Upon using the phone for a month (until Mid Feb), we returned to the store (within the 3 month repair warranty period) to report that the fault of flickering screen and now constant rebooting and now heating of the device, had not been fixed even though external damage (screen and back) had been replaced. The phone was sent away for assessment to the head office and I constantly had to make the calls to follow up. Eventually, we got feedback to say the the phone's motherboard was the issue, but that the store would not take liability for this as the second fault is unrelated to the first - my question was if the first damage report was incorrect and if this was not the fault in the first place? We took the phone back to the store because it did what it was doing in the first place with added damage. Our insurance will not allow another claim, as this phone is still within the warranty period from the repairer and the repairer is saying that we can collect the phone - though the motherboard has gone and the phone does not go one at all. What use us this device to us now? Both ways we are without the a phone. This is unacceptable, after several attempts of trying to explain that this store should manage this issue - they do not call back or come back to me whatsoever, I need to keep calling. Then one day I call and they say, their technician checked, the two faults are unrelated - but how - if the phone is dead and the motherboard and everything is dead - HOW? We need answers Cellucity and we need a device. I explained this and we are now April and you have made no attempt to rectify the matter at all.

Absolutely THE worst service I have ever received!! Constanty hearing they are trying to pick up where someone let off .. maybe work on a system where everything is together and one can actually get answers! And maybe tell your agent DJ not to just put the phone down in a customers ear! TERRIBLE communication and customer service!

Bought a UPS and have not used it yet, went in for refund and was told the Manager is not in and they can not assist, I have to come in on Monday. This is an inconvenience for me as it's a Need since I work from home and Loadshedding is the pits.

I have been waiting 4 months for a phone. Been in the shop probably 10 times and I get told every time that they will be in contact and phone me, but I have not received one call and no plan to get me a phone. I have had to change plans as there was no phone available, but still have not received a phone. Have been with them for years but really disappointed at the moment. Friendly staff but doesn’t help if there is no efficiency

I have received the most amazing service from Tara and Lee from this store. The manager, who is named Lee, went out of his way to make sure I get my Samsung tablet ASAP. Thank you so much, it was so easy and simple to get everything I needed! :D

Cellucity was the third shop I went to for assistance with my upgrade, the other shops was not helpfull at all. Keanu at Cellucity Somerset Mall was very helpfull, he gave me options and helped me with a smile! I went back a few days later to exchange an item I decided to change and Clinton helped immediately. They are so friendly, they always greet with a smile and make you feel welcome! Cellucity Somerset Mall will be my first stop for my next upgrade or any assistance. I would recommend them to everyone!!
