If I could give 100 stars I would. I was in an extremely difficult situation on the other side of the world because I received the incorrect documents from a different company. The professionalism, knowledge and genuine care I received from Osman and Thomas was amazing, they assisted me and followed up with me until I had sorted out all the issues. Would recommend 100%.

In spite of the difficulties we encountered with translation and apostille, Denise and Osman were very helpful. We were able to register our client's marriage in Portugal based on Portuguese laws surrounding the civil registry.

In the beginning, I was a bit concerned, especially after another company scammed meFor the first time I felt like I was speaking to someone who understood my problem, Osman and Thomas offer much more than just customer service. They are very affordable and they provide great service. To make it even better, Not even DIRCO itself or Home Affairs can provide this level of customer service and I wouldn't compare that to a company that won't answer your emails.Thank you guys 100 stars
