A lovely, friendly and knowledgeable lady assisted us with great patience. It was an absolute pleasure walking into a place where the staff had knowledge about the various products and not point to a shelf and say it is there' and leave you to your own devices. I was not particularly satisfied with the customer service(I visited during a very busy time of the month) so getting help and assistance was a challenge. Overall great neat and clean store.

Fairly well stocked, although I often don't find what I need here. Chamberlains and Builders are nearby and have a bigger selection if you can't find what you need at Jackrite. Good place for every day needs, to blow up helium balloons and refill gas though.

Very friendly and competent staff.Well stocked on all essentials and more.Shop is extremely neat and well organized.Access is tricky but not impossible.Lots of parking and handicap accessible.Definitely recommended!Will be returning soon.

Mike was the person who met us at the door. He greeted us and asked what we needed. He spoke good Afrikaans and knew what we needed after we explained our predicament to him. Jack the owner came past, friendly and spent a few minutes talking to my husband. We paid a good price, the service was very good and the shop is neat and well stocked. We will certainly support them now.
