Rose and Ale

Lovely view, peaceful neighborhood and really nice use of space. Kids also have a nice space to play. A really good place to lay your head if you're on holiday down East London side.

Really loved our stay. Everything was as promised. Neat and tidy. Will definitely be going back.

My sister and I stayed at the Retro Room with Rose and Ale and had a wonderful time. It is walking distance from the beach and has a wonderful location. It was safe with electric fencing and a parking space. The apartment was bigger than expected, even if the bedrooms are somewhat small. The apartment is very private and neat. It was exceptionally clean and well-stocked in the kitchen. I would have loved to give Rose and Ale's Retro Room a 5/5 but for stays as long as I planned (and I expect I would stay even longer in the future) a washing machine would have been wonderful, especially as all the other amenities like drying racks and pins are provided.

Very clean cosy room. Large bathroom, most dstv channels. Fully equipped kitchen. Very private.

Most of the time I book with Rose and Ale at the last minute...Luckily they always had a spot for me, but they already know it’s me phoning when I ask, “do you have a bed for me for tonight”Clean, quiet, convenient, friendly (staff and guests) and affordable!Save their details, don’t google further.

Beautiful place very peaceful and close to the beach. Cindy and the staff are great. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week there, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and it is very close to all the shopping amenities you need. We had a great stay and it was lovely there.

We could not fit our vehicle in the parking, the rooms is smaller then on their photos and our fan in the room was broken.

Nicely decorated, clean place. Love that they had so many extra towels in the cupboards just in case. Pet friendly garden was good, had nice high walls. One suggestion would be adding a heater for those cold nights. Overall a great place to stay.
