He runs another company called M.B Construction as well.His modus operandi is to quote cheaper than others to get the contract and act as a God-Fearing man but once work is started, he will continue asking for money to keep his small black-owned business afloat and you must support him etc.while the work progresses slowly but the payments go out rapidly, you will end up with a low-quality and half-done work.Once the contract is signed you are tied. He will keep demanding more and more money for different reasons to complete the work and your cost will balloon 2-3 times the original estimate before you notice.Also, you will end up getting extremely low-quality workmanship. You will eventually have to call another contractor to either complete the job or correct the work done at your own cost while he has taken most of the funds and blames you blatantly for not paying on time.You can easily waste your life's savings by contracting this guy.
