Made an appointment to see Vaughan about a new home theater system. My Yamaha RX-775 having given me great service, was getting a bit long in the tooth and lacking some functionality I needed and the Mission speakers I was using were very ordinary to say the least. I was looking to upgrade and get some speakers with a bit more depth and control to them. I came across Vaughan while searching online for some potential candidates for a home theater combo. Many of them had Bentley Accoustic speakers as part of the package. Denon was my recover of choice, but wasn’t too sure about the Bentley speakers. Was looking at Klipsch or Mission Audio or some Dali’s if the budget could stretch that far. Cut a long story short I was blown away but the Bentleys just a great all round speaker that tore strips off my others choices. They performed like speakers that would cost 3 time the price in the other brands, amazing speakers. I also end up getting the Pioneer VSX-LX505, incredible all round performance for a price, that made the Denon appear overpriced. Packed with features using Dirac tech to help set up the the most unfriendly acoustic settings to give you the best audio and theater experience. A real thanks to Vaughan for his help and guidance. Great experience all round, we walked away with more than we could have hope for. Thanks Vaughan for the special surprise for my son, he hasn’t stopped playing his new speakers since we got home. If you are serious about getting a great deal for HiFI or AV equipment, don’t buy till, you have spent time with Vaughan. You will not be disappointed, just be sure to take your credit card with, you won’t leave empty handed.
