Saud was incredibly helpful, didn't try sell me anything but attempted to help me. He ensured I experienced good customer service. Ultimately I went back a couple of times and bought a cable as well a gave him a phone to fix. No complaints!!

A sales man tried to sell me an inadequate accessory and then gave me attitude for refusing to buy it. Strangely this man is always friendly with my partner who went to this shop many times. It was the first time I went to the shop on my own and received a very different treatment. Does he despise foreigners or women? Maybe both.
