Teneo Online School

We have been trying to get the enrolment process aligned for my son - finally got to chat with someone and got enrolled. Took the deposit and ever since then every attempt to get an update, move past the “student academic review” phase with zero feedback, updates or progression. Seems like this is just another one of those well marketed programs without any proposer management or systems in place. Quick to take my money but that’s as far as we seem to get. I challenge someone from Teneo to reach out and let’s talk

A shocking experience which continues. I have enrolled but cannot complete the registration process, been struggling since mid December 2022, so my son cannot be allocated to classes and has not received a time table. I simply do not know what to do anymore! I get no help from anyone at Teneo. Forget trying to communicate with them as no means of communication works.1. Phone call - the voice message suggests they are too busy and we should use whats App or email.2. Whats App - proved to be useless - replies every 3 hours with no resolution.3. Email - simply no replies, just automated cr*p suggesting how valuable we are and that you are doing everything possible to help :)4. Zoom call live - useless, consultants cannot answer any queries and suggest they will call back and never do5. Online chat - computer generated responsesI strongly recommend you go elsewhere which i am now exploring myself whilst my son's education suffers in the meantime. I had to allocate 1 star in order to issue this review.

Hi. I still haven't received any feedback nor support. This is in all honesty the worst support or non support" I have ever seen. 2 weeks of calling

Fantastic online school. Few teething problems getting registered, but only this year. Fantastic teaching staff and having recordings to revise lessons is very useful. My daughter is very happy and mak8ng progress.

I have reached my limit with this school now - endless ticket logging, systems not working and nobody to discuss it with. 24th January and ticking. Nope, very disappointed as their marketing certainly did the trick. Just a pity it has had great repercussions on my child starting grade 8. Teneo, its a no from me.

My daughter enrolled last year. We have both emailed 10 times and wattsapp is not answered. My daughter has not even started much awaited school this year yet I have paid. They not taking calls either. At my wit's end and thinking of moving elsewhere

Would give them a zero for customer service if it was allowed. I have held on for their so called zoom meetings, mailled countless times, called (automated line - sorry we're experiencing high call volumes etc.). They debited the wrong amount from the wrong account and now won't even get back to me regarding issues with my daughter's schooling. I am already looking for a better alternative to Teneo - they certainly do not live up to their advertising

The worst school ever. They do not support the students or the parents with concerns. It takes them 2 months to respond to emails. (I have proof) They don't answer phone calls and insist you log a ticket. DO NOT ENROL YOUR KIDS HERE!!!

Pretty much stole R25 000 out of my bank account.Spent 2 weeks trying to get in touch with the accounts department (multiple phone calls and emails) telling them NOT to take the entire years fees out of my account… only for them to ignore me and do exactly that.Their WhatsApp line just gives excuses and says “they’re busy” and they’ll escalate the claim, which basically means they’ll never get back to you.In a few days, I’m taking legal action.(UPDATE)Teneo's lines are still cut. Their only avenue of communication is an online ticket system, which is very slow and flawed. After sending a letter of demand, I finally got a response that they'd refund my money. Even then, they broke their deadline and I had to follow up which finally resulted in a refund.It's clear that Teneo hires as few staff as possible, while enrolling as many students as they can to maximise profits.The only positive I can say is that other online schools are pretty much doing the same thing. At best, Teneo is a marginal cut above the worst.

I wish Google would allow me to rate this school 0 stars. It is the worst school I have ever enrolled in. They have ruined my entire schooling career, due to their mistakes. Their so-called support" does not work at all. To be honest as a student I do not recommend any parent to send their child to this "school"."
