Extremely unprofessional and rather pathetic customer service... They provide no feedback (after saying they will call you back on several occasions), nor do they answer their landline, so ifa query is unresolved, you have to go into the shop for feedback or assistance. Unfortunately, this store will not see me again. Will rather go to Vall Mall MTN that go out of their way to assist you. Only giving them one star because I cannot give them zero.

My dad's go to cellular shop and he has contracts there.Knowledgeable people, good service.I just loved the mural and asked if I could take a picture. Tiaan helped me with three months statements for my dad amd sister. Thank you Tiaan

The person that is working there, Nakita is the most not social person at all. She did'nt even greet us as we entered . Not one of them told us, hallo we will be with u short. While helping us she had an attitude like what do u want here, Im not here to satisfy u. Nice. Been a client for more than 30 years Mtn. This attitude is not good for any business. I hope I don't have to visit that place again!
