Once you’ve paid for an item for delivery the service deteriorates rapidly. You’ll wait longer than acceptable for delivery, you’ll do the calling. No courtesy calls to inform you of delays. No communication whatsoever. Poor shipment tracking.

Went in there to ask for advice on a wheel for fitment, seemed like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. Very arrogant service to be honest. Asked for some info and was immediately told it was impossible without even knowing what i wanted and what i had etc. Although I had already seen it done, so I went to another shop and got it done.

Drama from the word go, refused to send my parcel even with proof of payment then no response at all. They apparently sent it and 3 days later I still can't track it and they sent it to the wrong address. Unfortunately they were the only supplier of the product.
