Im very very disappointed by the carelessness of the staff. I took my one month old son, they gave my son pills as an antibiotics. Only seeing them on my way to home (when I went to collect the meds at the pharmacy, they said they have given me an ointment and antibiotics not knowing that the antibiotics that they taking abt it's pills) mind you I'm staying far. I called the receptionist and they lady asked me to bring them back so that they can give me the right medication.

I went a few days ago and they couldn't find my file and it took forever and a day. Eventually my file was found, and I was seated. Surprisingly it didn't take long to get a Dr to see me. I was coming down with something and I told him my symptoms. I then also showed him and injury on my leg which he then squeezed and giving me more pain.I got meds that were mostly for my illness, not my injury. Fast forward, I went to a clinic for a covid test and the nurse looked at my leg. She gave me a referral letter immediately because she saw my leg was becoming septic. And I had a mini surgery at the hospital hours later.How is it that a nurse can see that immediately but a whole doctor could not?!!

It was pleasant, we also first consulted with a lady Doc Mkhize on Monday - 24 October 2022.She was amazing as she explained everything to us, including the meds my child would be receiving and what purpose they will serving in her illness.I left the surgery very satisfied.Being his patient for over 12 years.

Can we please learn how to communicate with clients. After getting my medication from the dispensary I was told to wait for a nurse for my flu injection that nurse doesn’t communicate with us at all. People were cutting lines as if we were not there Im not sure what’s her name but she’s short with blond hair located in the Nurse 2 office next time she must learn to ask who is next or who is first in line don’t just take whoever she sees holding a medical card.

Wooow the service I received was super excellent. Well... It was my 1st time visiting the surgery and I was very very sick, the treatment I received, I felt like I was at a private and expensive hospital, I was treated with care, the doctors, nurses, and clerk's... U guys deserve a bells, cheers and may the lord continue to giva yall patience and more love to share with people that are not feeling well. I was there yesterday and today I'm proud to say ngipholile. Thank u so much guys
