I stood outside their gate at 16:00 on a Friday afternoon, ringing their bell. They didn't attend to me. Then I phoned them, heard them answer the phone, but I was told to come back on Monday, even though their business, on Google, states that they are open. I was there to query why they charged our body corporate an 8km call out fee at R8.70/km, when we live only 450m away from them.
