Extremely poor service, and the business has done nothing to correct their faults.The system setup was a disaster, selling you extra stuff you dont need and still fighting for a credit. Very poor communication in their team, that messes the client around. The owner has done nothing to try and fix things or hear from client side, what the issue it.

Took my leaking pump in and after R500 bill, it still leaked. Took it back, waited almost 2 hours and tried again. It still leaks. I give up with ITS, R500 wasted and all the too'ing and fro'ing.
