If they're not out of serviettes then they make you pay for fries you don't even get. Two large and one medium fries in the image and yet there's almost no difference in the amount.

And so it begins again. After getting it right a few years ago the practice of squeezing the French fries box is back. Is it really necessary to cheat on your clients like this to safe a few bucks? Twice in a row now and luke warm too. McDonalds fries are the best, but only if fresh!Update: 08.08 22 Got a reply from McDonalds to contact their customer care via their website but there are no contact details for such a department. Strange, very strange.

I need to get this off my chest, because I am really not impressed with the McDonald's at George mall. On more than one occasion was I told that they don't have chicken nuggets. Or the sauce I asked for. Or the ice cream machine is broken. Or... And this is what irritates me most... That they don't have soft drinks. When you choose the drink they offer you, you have to pay the ridiculous add on because it is not a standard drink. Surely if they have a problem they need to find a solution that doesn't cost the client extra money. And really, it's NOT about the money. The service delivery at this branch is bad. I know being a Karen is not going to change a thing. But at least I can let off some steam and move on.

Staff having issues this morning.. Took a long time for any service at all. What's happening guys.. Lost a star. Unusual for this branch. Come on guys don't slack now.. Always enjoy the pop in here.. Add the standard specials to the app please..

Ive always spoken highly of this particular McDonald's but as of sunday morning just pass 2 we went through the drive throughMy brother in law started talking to another client and the lady at the receiving window practically dropped our food on his lap and said ek gaan nie myself repeat nie" where my brother in law frankly said she's rude and has no customer service. She then came navk with the rest of our order and says dus die laaste fokin keer dat jy so met my praat. Her vulgar language and attitude is definitely not of customer service. Someone in the car happened to know her Lauren is her name. To top it all of when we got home our fries had no Jalapenos! Never setting foot there again!"

Such a BAD experience EVER!Stood in the Drive-thru section for more than hour, eventually they could take our order... We get to the window to Pay, the girl there tells us 'They only excepting Cash & if we dont have cash on us we must go to the other McDonald's down the road they will assist us with the card.Get to the other McDonald's by George's Mall, now there again they say they don't have FRIES! So we asked if we just take the burgers seeing that there's fries, WHAT will the price then be? She replies ' ITS GOING TO COST YOU MORE FOR THE BURGERS! We asked WHY...She replies back sayin, ITS just going to be MORE!!Too top this all off that day we just arrived in George for that long holiday and that's the experience we got..

Would have givin this 0 stars if i could i just came from there about 30 min ago the girl working doesn't know how to greed me or my girl.i ordered 2 big macs with NO GARNISH on both she asked again 2 times no garnish i answered her yes no garnish and then i waited almost 20 min for the 2 burgers after that when i get home and im hungry from work i opened the box and there is garnish on but not like a normal burger it's like they put ×4 garnish ons i tried to take it off but there is so much garnish on i filled a whole plate with just garnish and thats not all of it so i just left the burger now probably going to give it to my dog and just wasted a R100 for nothing this is really unacceptable and really unprofessional.
