Usually the manager on duty very helpful. This morning, no trollies, staff laughing and chatting. No one even try to assist me.The teller helpful and quick. The staff didn't even bother to ask if they can help making jokes and so laud very disappointing. . The teller ask if she can help when she shaw me looking for trolley walking up and down. The only one who seems to care. We always visit this store but definitely not going there again.

On floor the guy was helpful but as soon as i went to the teller everything changed. She was slow looked at me like am borrowing money from her, then she shouted like my card will decline. R77 524.aowa sies i will never go to that shop again am done.

Good prices and Good Products. this store is for Individuals who need 2 bags of Cements. As for Contractors who are running a business and dont have time to waste, should not border to waste their time, Guys are lazy and they fight in front of Costumers. They wont attend you but they always laughing behing tills...i ended up driving off after i waited 30mins standing

Pathetic service. No one around to help. All the people are clustered in one area and having obvious non-work related social gatherings. Check out is even worse. After I had collected the items which I needed, I just left them on a cart and left the store. This is the worst building supplies experience ever. I will not return. Maybe my R15000 order is insignificant, however, being in the process of building a house, I would have spent much more at the shop. I will be footing the bill to transport my material from another place with a smile.

I am a loyal VIC cashbuild customer and have been dealing with cashbuild all over the country but Cash build Rustenburg has the weakest customer service I’ve ever experienced in this modern age. They treat customers as if we are an irritation. Poor staff with non existent service. Have brought it to the regional manager’s attention with little results. Don’t waste your valuable time...

Hi I'm not happy to say what am about to say, I was at your store today and I didn't get any service, to think that I greeted when I enter but none of your staff members bothered to help me. I was roaming around the store and no one came to help me. O kare ba bereki ba lona judge a person first before they can help or they are in a hurry to knock off.

Cashbuild Rustenburg branch is like Home Affairs.Slow and unfriendly Cashiers. Been in a store for over 2hours , I doubt I'll use this store in the near future.I still need a lot of building material but not ready to be confined in a crowded space for too long during this Covid Pandemic. If there's a Manager, He/She must start doing the job.Keep away!!!

Am worried and asking myself why is Mr Nkosi the only one who's supposed to give quaitation cause we take hours in there while he's busy on phone after that he has to scribble go at the and many things more
