I used Thulani to come clean my pool after my dad died, and his pool would be in full view of guests coming to pay their last respects. I asked him what was required, and whatever he needed, no matter the charge. He said about 2 days, New sand as well as drain of water. After he would come visit for a few minutes for the first few days, he was paid in good faith, but the pool STILL not clean. After he got his money, he stopped coming to the house over 2 weeks, and the pool still not being clean, he stopped responding to calls, and advised that the rest of the work to get to clean or blue is up to me to do myself. My work.We are now left with a murky green pool, and Thulani refusing to get the clean the pool even once until clean. This is after a month.The most shocking customer service, and what a painful, regrettable experience. He collected his money, and the pool has never been cleaned.
