Game Southgate

About the worst Game you could ever go to, rude staff who let each other get away with being rude to customers. All I wanted to do was return a mouse and keyboard that didn’t work with my laptop but some guy didn’t even bother remembering his name all I know he had the weirdest hair cut ever but anyway he went off me at like I had a problem with him when I didn’t I just wanted to return something that wasn’t working well with my pc. All the other members of staff watched this happen and did not step in not once or even try to apologize. The last time I ever set off in that place and I suggest you reading this do the same. If you want unfriendly and rude service then defined go to Game at Southgate and if you want to be treated like an actual customer who has a problem you want solved then go to any other place except for Game Southgate. I will gladly say this again the worst Game to ever exist is Game Southgate you’ll be subjected to insults and being called names when all you wanted to do was to return an item that you had all the necessary documentation to do so. I’d give this zero stars but luckily for you Game Southgate Google won’t let me do that.

Says on the website they close at 6 but they already closed at 17.30. Bad service

Pathetic service, there was a system error n no one could even reverse a payment, send us to people that can't help us, this game is useless honestly... Staff is not even dedicated to help. They have the world's most disgusting attitude honestly. Rather go shop at checkers or pick n pay when going to south gate

I had a great experience at game stores on 10.12.22 Saturday. I had to buy a gift and gentman on the floor was very helpful. Also the lady at the till, as well as the lady who wrapped the gift was nice. It's always great to receive great customer service.

On tuesday I was at South gate to purchase a tv,after that I noticed that they are also using PAYJUSTNOW,I asked the cashier huuu that lady was sooo rude,she said aaai sisi I don't know this JUSTPAYNOW is and how it works"

GAME IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE EACH TIME YOU GO THERE. I WAS THERE FOR A FAULTY OIL HEATER AFTER I RETURNED A DEFECTIVE IRON. I WAS GIVEN A VOUCHER AND .WHEN I GOT TO THE CASHIER I WAS MADE TO WAIT FOR A VERY CARELESS, INCONSIDERATE,UNATTENTIVE SO-CALLED MANAGER WHO CAME AROUND AFTER A LONG TIME. SHE DID NOT EVEN SAY AT LEAST A WORD TO APOLOGISE TO ME FOR THE WAITING I WAS SUBJECTED TO. IT WAS LIKE EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL BUT MY IMPORTANT TIME WAS WASTED UNNECESSARILY. BUT IT IS NOT AMAZING BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS KNOWN THIS SHOP FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DISPAYED BY THEIR STAFF. THIS IS EVEN SO IN THEIR BRANCH IN SOWETO-JABULANE. I WENT TO BUY SOME MOBILE PHONE TRIPOD YERSTERDAY ON THE 29TH JULY 2022 AND WAS GIVEN A VERY DIRTY LOOK BY ONE OF THE STAFF THERE. THIS HAPPENED WHEN I WENT TO HIM AND ASKED SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCT. I LOOKED LIKE A NUISANCE TO HIM. BUT THE OTHER PERSON NEXT TO HIM WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SPOKE TO ME IN A VERY DECENT WAY. I MADE A MISTAKE BY NOT TAKING THEIR NAMES. I WILL ASK FOR THEIR NAMES NEXT TIME I GO THERE AND PUBLISH THEM IN THE FOLLOW-UP REVIEWS

Very poor and bad service, non recommendable.I placed a order for samsung smart tv on 25th Nov 2022 black friday deal. They confirmed order and supposed to be deliver on 2nd dec 2022. After 15 days they said your order has been cancelled due to insufficient stock at their side but I don't understand how they accepted the order. Also on their website still showing the same item in stock. Very dispointented about the service and I will never buy from game.

No one ever picks up the phone or replies emails, this has to be the worst Game Branch. When you eventually physically go to the store, the stuff there chitchats in groups with each other & won’t attend to customers. 2-3 tills open even when it’s super busy & packed.
