Your reception lady is chasing away your clients. you can hear in her tone of voice she just wants to put the phone down.

I went with 1 of the other forklift operators to this appointment but I am so disgusted in the service. I was there at 10h30 and left there a 14h20 back at office 14h40 I was away from the office more than 4 hours. Next time I will go to my own Dr on a Saturday and pay my own money to get this done. If we pay for this kind of service then that is not good for business, my point of view. I still have to send 1 more operator and having 2nd thoughts in doing so knowing that I will not have him for more than 4 hours something that should not take longer than half an hour.Today again I was there at 09H00 and left there at 11H15 for 1 person. I was the only person at their premises. Their service is really really bad.
