Everything went well until I drove out of the yard where they never filled my coolant (paid for coolant flush) after 4 kilometers my temperature light came on. After driving back they topped up my coolant and found that my thermostat wasn't working.Why did they not ensure my coolant levels were correct and thermostat was functional.Even though I won the Bosch voucher the service ran me greatly out of pocket having to buy a thermostat and inserting it myself which would've cost me 1/2 of what they would've charged me. All my air filter connections was not connected at all.Guilt tripping me in you comment only hurts your review

Service took 2,5 days. I was promised the car would be picked up and dropped off which didn't happen and I had to call and ask if the car could be dropped for service. Car went in with full tank and came put with 3/4 tank, otherwise the service is good

Customer service/greeting was good. Technical ability to have my car fixed was a disaster. Took my vehicle in for a power steering leak. It was an insurance claim/extended warranty from innovation group. Claim was authorized and vehicle booked in for 5 days to repair. Invoice says steering rack reconditioned and high pressure hose replaced. Collected the vehicle, experienced high pitched whining noise proportional to engine speed. Jaco said the system needed to bleed itself out. Drove the vehicle for 4 days and the noise was still there. Took the vehicle back, Jaco attempted to bleed the system and try a different PS fluid but when i collected the car, there was a blowing sound and the steering was extremely difficult to make turns to the left. Jaco said power steering pump needs to be replaced and quoted R5k. He wanted payment for the pump upfront before do any repairs. I did not trust him at this stage and wanted him to fix the hard steering as he was already paid for this repair.Car booked in for another 6 days, Jaco confessed he damaged the spool valve in the steering box and would need to replace it. Collected the vehicle 6 days later and it sounded exactly the same, no improvement. I was now convinced that this workshop had no clue on how to fix this problem and took on a repair that well over their capabilities. I decided to take my car to National Power Steering. They repaired the car in 2 days, The steering system never worked so flawlessly. Report from NPS stated that1. Wrong high pressure hose fitted. Replaced with OEM hose and the whining noise disappeared. (Jaco wanted to replace the PS pump at 5K)2. Spool valve damaged - replaced to resolve hard steering to the left.3. Replace seal kit.Cost of the repairs R6500.I have all the receipts/Reports /email from NPS and well from Jaco claiming what he has done on the power steering.When i confronted Jaco about the shoddy work he had done, he got extremely arrogant as you can see from others who experienced shoddy workmanship in the reviews. He came up with all sorts of fables, bottom line is, he did not repair my vehicle and claimed from the insurance for me. This is unethical last time i checked. I have since logged a dispute with the ombudsman, Bosch Head office and my innovation group. I have facts to back up this claim.

I will definitely bring my car here in future. Very friendly and customer focused. When I paid for my service and changing my brake discs, they reduced the original quote because they found a better price for the parts after using the first quote.

Took my 10yr old out of service Wrangler 2.8CRD in as it was giving issues. The problem was identified using fancy diagnostics machines & the faulty part was replaced. I got my car back washed and working! Staff is friendly & efficient. Highly recommended

I took my 2016 Fiesta in for an annual/20000 km service.Man, I have to say; I was very impressed! The owner is absolutely friendly, had a great little chat with him as well as the staff.The service went great! They gave me a breakdown of everything at a good price and everything was done on the time they estimated.The best touch was the driver actually taking me home AND picking me up when the vehicle was ready. Big companies like Ford would never do that for their customers.Would 100% recommend them!

First experience of Bosch Bedfordview was positive. They kept me in formed of progress regularly and did a good job of fixing an oil leak. Second time around was the exact opposite. It took 1.5 weeks for them to diagnose an issue and unless I called, no one bothered. Eventually I opted not to have them repair because I was not confident that they had a good grasp of the real issue and did not want to risk further poor service.In response to the rely, at no point did I reject the quote due to pricing, I subsequently had BMW fix the issue at a higher cost so that was never the issue. My point of contention is the poor communication, Bosch Bedfordview did not call me unless I called them, and it was conveniently just as they “were about to call me”

Always have a great experience dealing with Jaco, from some cosmetic work related to bumper alignment on my M3 to replacing my alternator on my discovery 4 they always do it well. Very impressed with how quickly they get warranty claims approved as I am with Innovation Group.

I took my 1982 BMW model in at Bosch Germiston it was not starting, it had a problem with the modules. my experience with the stuff was a positive one and there went an extra mile to have my car fully functional. they charge R590 for every little thing they check on your car. they replaced and put new parts from modules, radiator, thermostat and new pipes. (I appreciate) I paid for it cash, R12k including unnecessary storage fees of R1863. Jaco made me pay for storage fees for 18days and he played the nice ball by saying he is giving me a 50% discount. this was a RIP OFF!Once i collected my car I drove it for less then 8km and it was overheating. I took it back for the disappoint work done . It has been standing at the workshop for 11days now.Am i wrong to request storage fees money. It's my hard earned MONEY. I paid it cause Jaco threatened and wanted to take my car to data consolidation. I went to them and was told he has no right to do that as I was paying for my car. the next step I am taking this matter to the Rmi.it's fine you can call me whatever you like, a liar or swindler. I hope my storage fees (unnecessarily fees)money makes you sleep better at night. God bless

Thank you to the Bosch Car Service team for the excellent service. Britney kept me constantly updated about progress with my car and when my car was returned to me, they took time to explain the issue and also what was done. My car is running better than before. Highly recommend them.
