Large store with plenty to buy and some occasional good deals. Service is very friendly.

Always check your slips at this store to see if you paid the correct amount for the items that you bought! I've always been a bit surprised at the total amount of my basket after I paid, but I figured that I calculated the total incorrectly. However, when I bought some items today I noticed that one of the items was substantially overcharged compared to the price listed on the shelf. This lead me to check all the other prices in my basket and found that 3 out of the 8 items that I bought were overcharged! I was so shocked that almost half of my basket's items had the incorrect price listed on the shelf. This is way too many items in such a small basket to be a coincidence. The staff weren't concerned about this inconsistency and service was generally bad. Fortunately since we could prove that the items were in fact overcharged, they refunded the amount. But I can't help and wonder with how many customers this has happened to unnoticed before.

Very much disappointed with the service i received today and yesterday! I wanted to pay for my laybye I had to wait for a long-time to receive service,then I gave the lady my slip and the money and she said I can't pay bcz i don't have all the slips like really, I've been paying my laybye with only one slip and never had problems, now I'm just going to cancel and I will need my money back! Very bad service and attitude lady aii!!!

Don't buy your appliances here. They don't keep the stock at the store, they deliver from a depot. Or, more accurately, they don't deliver. It is now 10 days since we bought a fridge from them. Endless phone calls, broken promises and confusion. Impossible to get a firm delivery date. Every person you speak to tells you a different story. Very frustrating experience.

Worst service possible regarding deliveries. One week after we were promised a delivery, we still have no confirmation as to whem we would receive our goods.Staff is also blatantly lying. A manager promised to call back the next day with confirmation on stocks an deliveries and it turned out she did not even work on the day she promised to call.

The new ladies are friendly and very helpful, received excellent service from the lady by Thabang Sathekge if I recall her name. She deserves 5 stars.

Worst customer service I have ever received, I enquired about a cellphone that I wanted to buy (cash), the lady walked away and the rest of them contuned to have a conversation about personal things. They LITERALLY watched me seat there for about 10 minutes. They sure made me feel like I was bothering them.

Received absolutely enjoyable and great service from KG (Kgomots...) who made my day. Will be back.

Bought a fridge earlier this month. Terrible in-store experience, took about 60 min to complete the transaction. Was promised delivery 2 days later. Still waiting. Endless calls, being sent from pillar to post. Nobody knows what going on. Always promise to call back and never does. If you value your own time, stay away!!Follow up - Thank you for the advice. I DID call your customer service line. Absolute waste of time. They could not tell me anything about my delivery. And they could not help me to get the delivery scheduled or provide any information about my order at all.The appliance was eventually eventually delivered 10 days late and without any warning or communication. Had to have somebody rush over to receive it.
