Who gives the Owner/Manager (Eric) the right to move my motorcycle after I told the people where I'm going to come and call me to move my motorcycle, and he (Eric) tells me that he has a motorcycle license so it gives him the right to move my motorcycle and it says clearly on there board that he has no right to move any vehicle without the owners permission
