The service received was very poor. The owner, Ferdi, does not provide any feedback on the status of the repair. When you phone, he has no idea what is needed to be done on the machine. His phone line is never working. He takes months to have repairs done.

My mother took her machine in over a year ago. Kept on phoning for progress report he had various replies. He has always said he's waiting for an email, parts or whatever.In the end, one year later I went to collect the machine and NOTHING WAS DONE. He didn't even know what machine it was.
