I am so impressed with the service of Mattress Warehouse George. Buying a new bed can be daunting and very confusing. I shopped around, spoke to a lot of people and sales staff at different bed shops, but walked out more unsure every time.. untill I visited Matress Warehouse and Hadley assisted me. I thought I knew what I wanted, but after showing me a few options and listening to all my confusion Hadley directed me to the best option for my specific needs. Fantastic service, highly recommended. Thank you Hadley for your efficient help amd assistance. The delivery went down smooth and the guys even installed my new bed. I am very happy!

Good day,I would like to share my experience with your company.I tried to place an order for a mattress online, but there was a discrepency between the price advertised and at the checkout (which was higher).I proceeded to call the George branch and Cameron was the salesperson who assisted me. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. He took my details, assured me that I would get the product at the price advertised, sent me a sales invoice that same day via email (as he promised) and followed up promptly with a phone call.I had requested that my mattresses be delivered before the end of the month as I was preparing for a move. They were delivered much earlier than expected.Thank you Cameron and The Mattress Warehouse team for facilitating my online purchasing experience and making it simple easy and pleasant!!!

What a awesome experience. Hadley the sales assistant was very helpful and professional. Very attentive of our needs. He asked us what we were looking for do we have any back problems etc and gave as options and all their specs. He explained the warrantee and guarantee in detail which made our choice easy. Definitely telling our family and friends about the mattress warehouse in George.

First off I want to say thank you to Mattress Warehouse for helping us find the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on at the most affordable price!Secondly thank you to Cameron who was a fantastic salesman! Not only did he help us get out mattress on time but he also sorted out the exchange for us immediately!I can honestly say that the service was incredible and Cameron was beyond helpful and accommodating!Would recommend this place to anyone trying to find their dream mattress at an affordable price!

I ordered a Prague platform bed - queen size online from the Matress Warehouse website. It took much longer than expected, due to a delivery mistake on the courrier’s side. I voiced my grievances with the George branch, where they assisted me swiftly and had excellent service. After being sceptical about their service after the bed - Hadley was so understanding and helpful, I ended up buying a mattress through him as well (Kooi The Athlete Queen) which was delivered that same day! Although an initial rough start, I would gladly recommend Hadley and his team from the George branch, they know everything about their products and he was a great help in choosing the correct mattress. I left the George branch with a smile.
