I orderd the sunday SPECIAL and added R20 for the 4 Scores. The chicken was raw when we got home and they didnt give my scores. By the time i arrived home i tried calling with no answer was placed on hold by a robot for almost an hour. Never buying there again

Bad service.... I was waiting second in line to be assisted when someone from outside walked pass me to the cashier and was insisted before me with no apologies. When i gave my order she continued and not even apologizing as to why she was assisting someone else first. I asked her name on which she refused to give her name. I asked for the manager and they didn't want to call the manager. This is unacceptable! The manager confirmed that she is aware of the issue and it wont happen again. If u know this is happening why are you allowing this.... Unacceptable and wont go there again
