Service was rather shocking today. I went in to use a gift voucher if I had a choice I would have gone elsewhere.I'm pleased with the product I bought but it felt like I was doing them a favor by being there. They are also not the cheapest out there.....not impressed.

Floor staff told the cleaning staff to shut up when 9 was asking for help, I stood in store for almost 10 minutes before being assisted, the security at the door almost pierced my racket cover with pen marks. Not a good experience and not the first time.

It is quite a big store. Good ambience, clean, helpful staff and everything about sport is there. I was at Cresta shopping center and was referred to this store.

This outlet has the finest quality in terms of all sporting equipment and attire for professionals, leisure sport and even school sports. Their staff is really helpful and they know the equipment that works according to the use and they tell you upfront if it it’s the most appropriate or it’s something you can use as a replacement. The Sportsman warehouse Blackheath is right opposite McDonalds on Judges Avenue being behind the Tiger Wheel & Tyre on Beyers Naude.
