Very bad, there were 3 employees but no one gave us attention and the store was empty. We ended up going to Coricraft Mall of Africa and bought our couches there. There was only one person working but he managed to help everyone. My mistake is, I didn't take his name. On the invoice it says Salesperson 595, Operator LUNDIG. Big up for this gentleman, so professional.

Worst customer service from Greenstone branch, was told my bed would be delivered during the week- no time was also stipulated so they assumed i would be home 24/7 and then the lady at the greenstone branch told me to CALM DOWN and that she cant help with a date for delivery i should just wait, and then on Saturday (today) received a message that the delivery will take place between 13:00-16:00 and no one came to deliver the bed- no answer from the call center and the store told me they cant help me its the logistics department’s problem not theirs. So what now? Never ever will I purchase anything from coricraft again!

Unhappy customer and staff that sells lies. I ordered a couch from this shop and made sure to ask if they have stock because I wasn't willing to wait for 10 weeks for a couch to be manufactured I wanted to order a couch which was on stock. The staff assured me that there was a couch that was in stock at the Cape Town warehouse and if we ordered it will be delivered within 21 days. After a few days I make a call to find out how far the couch is because I haven't received any communication from the store. Once I called only then am I told that the couch is not in stock and has to be manufactured. And I am supposed to be happy?
