Don’t waste your time making an appointment at the Rondebosch Clicks Clinic. Their systems are not linked properly to discovery, theirs communication is pathetic. My appointment was rescheduled twice and then when I came in nobody could help me or tell me what was happening 15 minutes after my appointment time. I was then told the nurse was on her break. Fantastic.

Conveniently situated on the main street of Rondebosch with plenty of undercover parking. Beautiful, clean and well stocked store, although I would not advise going to the prescription counter if you are about to die, because you will die waiting.

Mr Govender the resident head pharmacist that works there is incredible. As is his team of pharmacist assistants. He is helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and does his job very well, the only thing I can say wrong about clicks is the older lady that locus’s there every now and then, she has the world of health problems which she shares with customers and I’ve encountered her before at another branch before I moved to clicks rondebosch because of the team they have there as residents. Her name is Loui or something like that

Thk you, Kh.(Some advice - could you not increase the manpower" @ the disp - or maybe have 1 person there whose sole duty is answ phone - obv he/she could help around if no calls are coming in. Maybe that's in place already - if so

I can't believe the inefficiency. I sat the Dr and as I was running a tem perature, I didn't want to have to go into the pharmacy and wait. Instead I did, as I have always done, I emailed the script to the pharmacy with instructions to please include my hyertension meds and that the meds would be collected at 6.30. When my husband ajrrived NOTHING had been done. My husband was told no we don't open emails

Today I went for my booster shot at the Pharmacy and what a pleasant experience it was. I was given preference over walk-in because I had booked an appointment online which was very easy and the nurse that gave me the shot was amazing, I did not feel it at all. I spent the 15 minutes afterwards doing some shopping and the only reason they did not get 5 stars is because they did not have all the items I wanted. But a very friendly pharmacist gave me alternatives. I normally shop there and all the staff is always very friendly and helpful. What a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Disappointed would be an understatement. Clicks does not appear to be under a single covid protocol letting absolutely anyone in without temperature checks or even sanitizing hands. For a pharmacy to be this careless is disturbing. The employees are unprofessional and negligent to customers and I eventually left without buying anything. Greatly disappointed, I hope you do better.

Worst service ever, staff doesn’t care. I booked an appointment, waited about 30 mins only to be told they couldn’t help with anything. Whats online is different, waste of time. Will stick with Dis-chem from now on. Very disappointed.

Customer service is great here even though some workers are a little tired (we’re all human so understandable). The clerks allowed me to buy a product for the price that was displayed as it was their mistake with no hassle (they offered in fact, I was just going to leave the product at the shop) very happy with this, and the politeness and respect that this situation was handled with. Couldn’t be happier
