Always good service but those ordering machines have lag and don't always respond to touch making you press harder and end up adding something else to your order which you must then struggle again to remove. This happens when you press multiple times on the TAKE-OUT button at the start because it does not respond.And the other thing, the RASTA guy sitting at your tables is having a party there, he was chased from our area (greenfield circle) and now he hangs out inside KFC occupying a big table with no purchases? Dont know if he is there daily but every Saturday he is always there. Yes he has no money but he needs to get his life on track and go home". He was first staying in our security's shed but too many people complained and he had to leave our area."

They out of stock of wings. They are not connected on the KFC app. Staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. Their card machines don't work with Google or apple pay to tap to pay. You wait long for your food. WORST KFC!

KFC at Sasol in Ottery messes up your order most of the times. Also their pap meal is very gooey almost like porridge. Very messy to eat with your hand.

Very friendly staff. The food was freshly prepared. Completed order number calling was very soft, and 1 customer actually decided to do it. Parking with an SUV is a bit tight though.

Man this kfc NEVER has ice cream. Sometimes the wait time for chicken is crazy too.Not a problem with either of those. . . But when there's no slip lane?Bru I've wasted so much time at their drive-thru when they didn't have what I was looking for, be it ice cream, chicken or dunked stuff

Sometimes inconsistent in taste. When ordering at drive through its wise to check your order before leaving as on more than one occasion my order was unfortunately wrong. When busy, the outlet is chaotic and service suffers. Otherwise, still a good food option when one is in the mood for fried chicken. Love the Oreo McFlurry!
