We had to pay R2 per person to use the toilet facilities. Access is obtained through a turn stile and after we tried twice, did not succeed to enter. You have to stand inside the turnstile, lean backwards to put the R2 in and then immediately push the stile to manage to get inside. After we tried twice and used the only 2 R2's we had, I called the shop assistant for help. I had to pay for two more R2's before we could use the bathroom facilities. The assistant made us pay for two more R2's and then helped us. Once inside, my stall toilet did not have a lid and the seat cover did not stay up so i could sit down. It kept closing. Very frustrating!
