When I arrived at 7:44pm the lady was taking out the taking out the cash from the till and she did not see and the store was already closed. I stood at the door trying to get the attention from the window and only at 7:55pm did they realize that I was at the door. The supervisor by the name of Ionn was so rude!! He told me that they were busy with admin. But as customer I arrived @ 7:44pm before 8:00pm. The shop closes at 8:00pm for me to rush and get to get to the store to be given an attitude.

Saw an online special and went into the store to get the book to avoid waiting several days for delivery. The lady at the front desk just ignored my request for the same discount, and charged the full price without hesitation. Needless to say that I will never support or recommend this store again and will keep on ordering online stock to get a much better customer experience.
