I had the worse service ever experienced with these people. First it took a month to get my order after chasing, a simple tray. Finally I received it the day before Christmas and the mirror inside the tray was smashed. I reported this to them in January, still it was a struggle to get a response. When I finally did they promised to refund, till this day I have not received the refund. Very poor service.

I loved the store and they are quite affordable. Their service and delivery were initially great, however, I purchased their mirror side tables and these are such bad quality. Cheaply made. The silver wood has gotten spots on it. Something from inside my drawer somehow fell behind the drawer inside the table, and now the drawer won't close at all,neither am I able to open it out and retrieve what is stuck behind. The handles of the drawers fell off. All of this within 1 year of use. I contacted this company to ask for advice on how I can sort it out. Just advice. They simply ignored me. Very dissapointed and I will never purchase this cheap mirror furniture ever again from anyone.

Horrible service, I wish I could score a 0 star. ordered dinning chairs and some came with black ink, now imagine having a black patch on a white chair. I immediately contacted Sylvia on WhatsApp explain the situation and even send pictures. long story short, after 5 days of no feedback from her and me constantly sending WhatsApp for updates, she finally called that I should come pick up an exchange chair in store (Johannesburg) as they are too busy. Mind you I live in Cape Town and the initial order was delivered to me in Cape Town. I later sent an email 3 weeks ago, they did not even bother to reply. they intentionally shipped stained chairs knowing that am far from JHB and can't do anything about it, I'm so angry and beyond disappointed.Updateso I was contacted almost immediately after posting the above review and the situation has been resolved, I got a stain free replacement chair today :)
