Normally I'd give them 4 stars, but after I ordered online they never processed the order and I had to sit in the restaurant while it was started. The shop is barely OK, but the centre is generally grimy. Makes it OK to order ahead, grab and go but don't expect to sit there comfortably (there are a few old tables outside).

The Experience deserves a 5 star, I ordered online and came in for a pick up, my order was as requested and I found it ready and the lady at the till dated 24 October 2021 between the times of 18:05 to 18:35 (not so sure at what time I was there but during that window) was efficient and I can't complain with the service nor my order. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is leaving room for improvement however I'm all pleased.

Not happy with the service that I got there yesterday. Ordered Uber Eats, money was deducted from my account. Just after the driver left I get an insufficient funds SMS from my account. You've been trying to deduct money from my account the 4th time today and it keeps on bouncing. Why? When the first transaction went through. How many times must I pay for one meal? I'm not ordering from you guys again

The staff at this branch are absolutely amazing and they make the best pizzas.. I don't live close by, but it is worth a drive. Debonairs can learn a thing or two from you. Keep up the fantastic job.

Sadly it took over an hour to get our order. We placed it online. We were called to confirm the order. We arrived there 30 minutes later only to be told that they never prepared the order. The slip was never given to the kitchen. We had to wait another 45 mins. Not very happy and they are my usual go to for pizza.

My wife's phone almost got stolen there. Sadly disappointed. Shop must invest in better security. Will definitely avoid this place going forward! :-(

The staff are quite friendly and their service is also good. What I noticed that is a little annoying is that maybe because of how busy the place gets at certain times of the month and certain days of the week they tend to run out of their signature thick Base pizza which is what I normally would be going there for. Each time I've been there it would require an extra 30 minutes before it gets ready.It is a good place nonetheless, being situated at Daras Centre, there is ample parking which is free, although the parking bays are a tight squeeze. The outdoor eating area is also quite a delight.

The centre is really not great to go too. But this is the best Romans I have been too. The food prepared excellently and the service from the the young female cashier also excellent. Hopefully the store can move closer to Bedford centre. When is delivery going to be an option?

A small outlet but a friendly outlet. Friendly staff. Clean and neat. If you are in the area and feels like having a pizza try them out.
