SPCA Mooi River struggle every day to keep their doors open.... and they fight against all odds to overcome daily financial struggles to give every single animal that comes their way a chance at a better life. I have great admiration for the strength of the SPCA staff and volunteers who strive each day to make a difference in the lives of all the animals they rescue. And you better believe there are many. The staff deal with heartbreaking situations of abuse, cruelty and plain animal neglect and yet through all the sadness they forge ahead. SPCA is an organisation that depends solely on the support of the community as they no longer receive funding so please if you have a couple of Rands spare at the end of the month sign up to be a monthly donor.... this will help feed the cages and cages of homeless animals. Or even better, if you have a heart big enough to offer a fur-ever home to a homeless dog or cat and give them a second chance at a wonderful life then please make contact with the SPCA as soon as possible. They really need your help today.

Trying against all odds to make a difference to the underprivileged animals in our community. Sterling work done by the team, who are always ready and eager to help any animal in need. Beautiful animals all looking for good homes and willing to give a lifetime of love. Visit them and support the effort, a noble cause and any help or contribution is always appreciated and valued and allowing them to continue helping, providing a much needed service.
