Don't bother in purchasing any Bennett Read products. No spare parts available for months now. Sitting with a 13 month old vacuum cleaner I can't use and by the sounds of the repair agency, Tevo I might aswell throw it in the bin cause there is no indication of when parts will be available.

Had my purchase booked in for repairs. Job done and item collected. Communication very poor. Landline non existent. Had to try via whattsapp and even that was not very impressive

Absolutely frustrated with after sales at tevo. Purchased a Bennet Reed iron. It's been for repairs at least 3 times before. Last repair was done in January. The iron didnt even last a month and stopped heating. From Feb till now I have no answer from service centre about my iron.

Absolutely disgusting after-sales service. Took my daughters scooter in to the service centre in Pinetown early December 2021. They advised that it they needed to order 2 parts to repair it and charged me for the work to be done as well as the parts. I have called every month thereafter only to be told that due to Covid and shipping delays that they don’t have the parts as yet. Today, over 6 months later and multiple phone calls I can’t seem to get this issue sorted out as managers are also unavailable! Now they have my daughters scooter and my money! Not acceptable!!!

My vacuum broke due to cheap plastic material used to manufacture the Bennet read vacuum which cost R1900. It was bought on 16th December and was given to me on Xmas day. I used it 3 times and it broke. Unfortunately for me, I am passed the 14 day mark so I can't get my money back as the product lasted 17days. Secondly the service I got from tevo at the cornubia store was pathetic and employees of tevo don't seem to know much about there company policies. Stick to proper brands that specialize is the piece of equipment you want to buy. Tevo is a jack of all trades and a master of none.

Shocking after sales service . I will never buy a Bennet Read product again - purchased a pressure cooker and the plastic on the lid literally disintegrated after using it 6 times. Now I am being given the run around ""

Friendly service per phone, but no spare parts for an electric tile cleaner, anywhere in the country, for nearly two months now. Promised phone calls not returned. Poor.

Minus 100 stars for service. Bought a shox Enduro from makro. Out the box it was drifting off course. The supervisor at tevo told me it's a toy drone and will never hover with pin point accuracy. But on the box it clearly states that it will. Will never buy another tevo product again. Oh and the tevo sales staff at makro aren't too queued up either. Thankfully after some convincing I have my money back. Tevo products...beware.

Had an issue with my slinky hose, loggers an issue via their website. Received a prompt response the next working day, booked the hose for a free assessment.A few days later, with the SLA was contacted and briefed on why they could not assist me.Nonetheless, Tevo is still a brand that I shall support.

I can not say or thing of anything negative. Situated in a business park. I have never had to wait to long for service. Warranty items were sorted out.
