I've been at this gym for over ten years and even though things have changed they haven't failed to provide a quality, safe and healthy environment for all. When covid hit they had all the necessary precautions and still I love working out there. Definitely worth giving them a shot if you're in the area. They are also very affordable.

Update: staff are very lackluster and confused. Every time I entered as a potential customer no one came to assist at the front desk. Three times is a pattern.Pricing system is misleading. I spoke to someone telephonicly, they advised it is R350 a month, with month to month available, but forget to mention that the month to month is R550, not R350, only yearly contracts are at that rate.
