Jimmy was his name and fixing my computer was the game.Please support this amazing local.Came out after hours to fit my schedule and stayed until 8 PM to fix my setup.Ran into a second issue and never gave up or stopped troubleshooting once.I've truly not been this impressed by customer service in a long time.You don't get this type of quality very often nowadays from IT people.An example for the rest of the support field to follow.Don't hesitate contacting them for amazing support.
