Gafeesa's Fish Den

I bought a full house steak gatsby...the hole Gatsby was dry,no spice on chips,no salads and the steak had no spice and very dry worse Gatsby ever and u pay almost r200 for it

Sad service... how do you loose a order instead of just making another one so that the customer can continue there day they back and forth between each other...

What an honour for my family and I to have my son's 21st birthday celebration at Fives. Joseph, the owner and Jack are exceptionally hospitable and generous. They made us comfortable and assisted us with whatever we needed right down to board pins. What a beautiful atmosphere...we are blown away! Thank you Joseph and Jack!!

Disappointment . New building would not change the type of service my son bought him a chip roll waiting for over 20 minutes and the beauty about it is the place was empty wow. Try be the Gafeesa's Fish Den when you opened first time . and Make sure service is good.

Placed order relephonically..Order was right on time as stipulated.Jodie was very helpful and friendly..Service was great and the fish was super awsome.Excellent Friday eve take out

Came to Gafeesas Rocklands, order R620 of food. I was told that the food will be ready in 20mins. Called 25mins later and was told that they are waiting on the chips. When I arrived to collect 5mis later I was told that they are waiting on the fish. I asked when it will be done I was told that it'll take 15mins more. I asked how long fish fries then I was told that it doesn't take long. I then requested an explanation as to why the fish was taking long and got no answer. I requested to see someone in charge and no one came out I was further ignored and was handed my food when they were done. What annoyed me that people who ordered food after me waslong gone.

Highly disappointed in the so called Gafeesa's Fish Den Rocklands" what a disgrace to serve this to people. Yes right we all know supplies are expensive etc. But really now a "R60 Calamari Box" which is supposed to be calamari with a portion of chips and salad. Turned out to be a huge portion of chips

Wow wow wow!! I need the owners number because a manager is never available. These staff refuse to answer the phone, I even went to the store, stood outside and called.. They just ignore!! Lol, wow!! Disappointing really, food is nice.. Waiting time is long and staff has no people skills!!
