Worst workshop ever! Eliza will mess up your car. Wheel bearings not fit properly. Wheels almost coming off but she blames the bearings. No apology no money back. My car is worse now. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Expect wo wait forever for repairs to be done and alot of broken promises. Also dont expect them to take responsibiltty for their screw ups. No longer deals with them at all. AVOID.

Worst repair and service provider I have ever been to.I paid over R24000 for the repair and my car was still not fixed, on the day of collection, they asked me what was wrong with the car, which clearly shows they do not know what they are doing. My car was not fixed, they quoted another R30000 to fix, after all that money I collected my car on a flat bed.I would never recommend these guys to my worst enemy.The parts they said they bought to repair my car was still in a sealed box and was pirate parts, not the original parts as they said.I ask Kia to quote to repair all the line items they quoted on and Kia only charged R11000 for the job.These guys are crooks.

Took my car in for an agreed minor repair of R 1300. When I booked my car in on the morning I was asked if there is anything specific I would like them to have a look at and I asked for them to check my clutch and my wheel alignment. Asked when I come collect car if it is cash or card payment and was advised they would be in contact with me on WhatsApp. During the course of the morning I received a voice note advising me that they had done a major service on my car and replaced filters, plugs and belt on my car and it was going to cost me R 3250. I called and let them know that I did not want them to do anything other than the minor service which was what was agreed. Upon fetching my car I was charged R 1300 and advised that they had already done the major service and replaced the parts and would not charge me for it. I also received a bag with the parts which they had replaced. During the week after my car had been serviced my battery kept dying and I had to call my insurance to come and assist. Then while driving on the M5 the belt which they had replaced snapped off and shredded and wrapped itself around the other parts in my engine and I had to get a tow truck to come and take my car back to my premises. I never had any issues with my car until I took it in to this place for a service. I had to replace my battery as after battery test it was found to be completely dead. I called them to advise them that the belt they had replaced had snapped and they must come fix my car. They advised they could not come until the Monday as they do not work weekends, so I was unable to use my car the weekend. They were meant to fix my car at my premises but when they arrived they took the car with them and returned it later. There was no apology whatsoever and they have no customer service at all. They try to take advantage of you, scam you and do poor workmanship.

Great Service, Very Quick, Under Promise and Over Delivery.....Very open and to the point... Transparent and what they qoute you on is what they do, no extra hidden costs... These guys immediately knew what had to be replaced when I called them and told them about the Problem my wifes car was giving. They than told me that the timing chain needs to be replaced...The qouted me and gave me the cheapest price since I been calling around a few places, They also offered to come pick up the car at either my house or place of work, with a pick-up Truck.I accepted the qoute and was told it will take 2-3days,I took my car in the morning around 08:30am and by 3pm the same day, they called me to tell me the work is completed. I got my wifes car the same day and rove like a dream again.I would highly recommend Korean Auto Connection. Thank You guys for giving me Great Service. My wifes car is still driving perfect and it is now 2months since I had the car at your workshop to replace the timing chain and Service.
