Horrible place i lost my money and other very important things to their parcel counter and they wanted a bribe before giving me my bag. I lost something sentimental to them. Never using it again. So careful leaving your valuable items with them.

The service I got from one of the ladies was totally unacceptable. She didn't have a name tag she's dark with braided hair (two sided buns) she didn't ask me how much I wanted to withdraw and insisted I bought and paid for something to make another withdrawal when I said the service is poor is insulted me said I was mad in zulu (Uyahlanya nguwe obhedayo).

There are plenty of tills, you don't have to wait for a long time in the queue to be assisted. The staff helps the customers if necessary, they are friendly. It's clean on the inside, even when busy. They also have a lot of parking. You can do money transfers(with an ID) and buy electricity at the till.
