We have paid the deposit for 3doors. They have installed 1 door and they say they do not have stock to do the other doors!!! I don't think this is acceptable as it is now at least one month.

Long-standing client, was required to make an immediate EFT for 2 batteries before anything could be done. Accidentally made a normal EFT - not good enough, not even screen shots of transaction on bank account. Had to make a second payment of R1 932 before anything else. My initial EFT will be paid back into my account once it reflects in business account. Is this song and dance really necessary?I had a similar transaction with my alarm company replacing the battery a month ago - they were happy to invoice me and I paid them last week.This is not how you make a business grow …

They would not exchange a damaged door lock. Yes, l did use a vice grip and yes l did damage the upper part of the thread whete it does not matter. They don't understand that the thread was alteady damaged.
