What absolutely horrible service! Our invoice clearly stated delivery the Friday and collection the following Monday. On Sunday morning they immediately asked to collect which was fine until we realised we wouldn't be there at the time of collection. We sent them messages and even called to ask that collection please be made on Monday as stated. This resulted in being sworn at and even threatened by these people. Please do not use them, absolutely shocking.My husband called back said that about your tent after being called by someone from your company who then swore at and threatened to beat him up! wouldnt you be rude and angry as well?
